Resumen
The abandonment and deterioration of habitable environments in various areas of Ciudad Juarez are a phenomenon that has been increasing over the years. Abandoned urban spaces represent the best opportunity to intervene in the existing city. Thus, it is very important to understand as presented this phenomenon so that they can find the best tactic to address it as a way to recover the memories and elements that are part of the identity of Ciudad Juarez and further strengthen the sense membership in its people is through intervention processes. One of the objectives of this research is to show how urban intervention has change in the morphological sense the study areas, and thus achieve assess the positive and negative aspects of its implementation.

El abandono y deterioro de zonas habitacionales en diversas zonas de Ciudad Juárez, son fenómenos que han ido incrementando con el paso de los años. Los espacios urbanos en abandono representan la mejor oportunidad para intervenir en la ciudad existente, la cual resulta rezagada a consecuencia de un proceso de obsolescencia. Es así que, es de gran importancia entender como se ha presentado este fenómeno de manera que se pueda encontrar la mejor táctica de abordarlo ya que una forma de recuperar las memorias y elementos que constituyen parte de la identidad de Ciudad Juárez y además fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia en sus habitantes es a través de los procesos de intervención. Esta investigación pretende a través de la metodología visualizar como las acciones de intervención han transformado en el sentido morfológico las áreas de estudio, y de esta manera lograr evaluar los aspectos positivos y negativos de su implementación.
